Please keep in mind I build everything out of my home shop, and don’t run a major production facility. Building and shipping times vary greatly on what I have going on at the moment, mostly with my current workload at school. I will do my best to fulfil orders in a timely manner, but its just me (and some former students) building these!

Seller strongly recommends that all Products be installed by a qualified professional mechanic or technician familiar with automotive and RV systems. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of the Product for your specific vehicle and intended use, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws (e.g., vehicle safety standards under the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). Seller is not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences arising from non-compliance.
By purchasing or using the Products, you release and forever discharge Seller, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or actions of any kind (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to the Products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or any other theory, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
NO WARRANTIES; PRODUCTS SOLD "AS IS" ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE FREE FROM DEFECTS, OR PERFORM AS EXPECTED. ANY DESCRIPTIONS, SPECIFICATIONS, OR IMAGES ON THE WEBSITE OR PACKAGING ARE FOR ILLUSTRATION ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY.
No oral or written statements by Seller or its representatives shall create a warranty. Since no warranties are provided, all sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as required by applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOST PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR DIMINUTION IN VEHICLE VALUE, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (e.g., contract, tort, strict liability) and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.
INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller, its officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your installation, use, or misuse of the Products, including any third-party claims related to your vehicle or actions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to the Products or this Disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County, e.g., King County], Washington. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid one that most closely achieves the original intent.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Disclaimer constitutes the entire understanding between you and Seller regarding liability and warranties for the Products and supersedes any prior agreements. No modifications shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Seller.
